North Richland Hills, Texas

This 4.84-acre tract was purchased by OAKMONT in July 1995. The tract was surrounded by newer residential construction. The tract was split into four lots and sold to McDonald’s restaurants, Kwik Lube, Kwik Clean and a day care provider respectively. The investment period for this property was 11 months

NEC Eldorado Parkway & Ridge Road:
McKinney, Texas

OAKMONT purchased this 18.38-acre tract in 1999. The hard corner was sold to Exxon and the balance of the tract was sold to Graco Development Company who brought "Market Street", United Supermarkets, concept, to this site. The investment period for this property was 30 months
