William B.
Grant, President
Since forming OAKMONT CAPITAL GROUP
in 1991, Mr. Grant has focused exclusively on acquiring
and maximizing the value of key commercial tracts of
land. Mr. Grant's 35 years of real estate development
experience began in the architectural arena and included
both residential construction and lot development.
Grant has presided over the full profile of development
of
2 million square feet of high-tech and retail projects,
as well as, extensive commercial land development projects.
Laurence W. Nixon,
Executive Vice President – Finance
Mr.
Nixon's primary responsibility is the management
of Oakmont’s capital requirements, including
establishing and maintaining lender and investor relationships.
Mr. Nixon has twenty-eight years experience in the
commercial real estate industry. Formerly, he served
as a Principal with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments
and as Senior Vice President of AMRESCO Management,
Inc. where he had a total acquisition portfolio that
exceeded $3 billion in purchase price. Prior to that,
Nixon had extensive experience in the acquisition,
renovation, leasing and sale of apartments, warehouses,
office buildings, retail, office showrooms and raw
land. Mr. Nixon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from
the University of Texas.
Jerry W. Ragsdale, Vice
President – Engineering
Engineering
and underwriting are Mr. Ragsdale's primary areas of
oversight at Oakmont. Mr. Ragsdale has more than 30 years
experience in real estate and has been
involved in all phases of land development. Ragsdale
served as Senior Vice President of Republic Property
Group. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University
with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
and Business Administration and a Masters of Business
Administration. Mr. Ragsdale is a registered Professional
Engineer. In addition, Mr. Ragsdale is a member of
the Texas Air National Guard, holding the rank of Major
General.

J.
Kim Hagerty, C.P.A., CHAE, Controller
Ms.
Hagerty's primary responsibilities include accounting,
tax planning, financial planning, budgeting and analysis
of existing and potential investments. Ms. Hagerty brings
to OAKMONT CAPITAL GROUP more than twenty years of real
estate accounting experience. She began her career with
KPMG then transitioned into the real estate industry
as Regional Controller for Trammel Crow Company. After
operating her own consulting business for eleven years
specializing in real estate, she advanced to Assistant
Controller and Controller positions. Ms. Hagerty is a
graduate of Texas A&M University.
Brenda N. Hedrick,
Acquisition and Disposition Director
Ms.
Hedrick manages and directs the market research, analysis,
acquisition, marketing and disposition process of Oakmont’s
assets. She has real estate experience in both the capital
and asset sectors of the industry.
Ms. Hedrick studied for a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration at California State University,
Chico.
Becky Booth, Asset Manager
Ms. Booth’s primary responsibilities include contract administration, entitlements, broker relations and market research. Prior to joining Oakmont, Becky was the Administrative Assistant for Dallas Technology Group, a Software Consulting Firm, for nine years. There she handled the payroll, billing and general office operations. Becky also established and maintained the client, vendor and contractor relationships. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.
